2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

8 oz. sliced cremini mushrooms

1/2 cup dry Marsala wine

1/3 chicken stock

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley

1: Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

2: Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes stirring regularly. Add butter to skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and sliced mushrooms. Continue to sauté for 5 minutes longer, until mushrooms are tender.
